Ill start off by saying I hope everyone is doing well through the crazy times of 2257. Many of our affiliates have been contacting us and awaiting our response in regards to the US2257 Regs that will go into effect on June 23, 2005. I appreciate your patience in awaiting our response, the extra time we took allowed us to have setup a clear path in regards to how we were going to handle everything from our Content Producers, Models and ofcourse our Valued Affiliates. Below you will find all of the information I believe you might need, ofcourse if you have any questions I will visit this thread on a daily basis to answer any questions you might have, Extreme Paychecks has been working closely with our Affiliates and other business partners for over 6 years and will continue to do so moving forward.

Extreme Paychecks will verify full compliance in regards to US2257 no Later than June 15, 2005 we are in excellent standing as of right now and just working on the entering the database files, url's etc.

Extreme Paychecks will close the following sites which are much older in nature and many producers are no longer available for contact. The following sites will close on June 15, 2005 and all of your traffic and codes will be sent to one of our High Converting sites so you wont lose any sales or have to look back to change existing URL's.

In regards to Extreme Paychecks Affiliates using our Free Promotional Content:
Any affiliate using or wanting to use Extreme Paychecks content ofcourse fall under the term "Secondary Producer", Extreme Paychecks has always communicated with our models in regards to the fact that we have the right to Distribute a copy of Photo ID to any "Secondary Producer" through our model release forms. For any affiliate using our Free Promotional Content please visit http://www.extremepaychecks.com/idrequest.htm and fill in all information so that we can cross referance the model your using along with the ID you will need to be 2257 Compliant as a "Secondary Producer". We will work quickly to get this information out to every affiliate that needs it prior to the June 23, 2005 Deadline (allowing transmission through Fax will make this process much quicker). In the event that the content you are requesting "Secondary Producer" information for either no longer exists or was filmed by an outside producer that no longer exists you will be expected to change the content of the gallery or site to one of our other content packs so you are still 2257 Compliant. Any affiliate using Free Promotional Content that DOES NOT submit a request as a "Secondary producer" under the link above should realize that they will NOT be covered as a "Secondary Producer" ,Extreme Paychecks will file all requests for all possible inspection purposes, and not be held liable for any Affiliates not requesting the proper information.

Any Affiliates currently using Extreme Paychecks for Free Hosting should create a "Support Ticket" Immediatley so we can aid you in being US2257 Compliant ASAP Create Support Ticket we will begin removing Free Hosted Content on Affiliate Servers on June 15, 2005 if no contact is made to Extreme Paychecks.

We weighed that Vicki but to be honest my look at it was if the shits that old at this point it's not worth it, we can always re-release those sites with fresh content and a fresh look along with the proper tools for our affiliates in the future.

Appreciate the heads up though, can use it right about now along with a massive cold mug and Bud Light.

Filthy Nurses will be re-vamped (I would like to say by the end of the month), with fresh 100% Content and the proper promo tools to ensure that site converts for our affiliates it wont be gone for ever.

well, that's one that is trying to do it to the letter of the law. i'll give him credit for that...and i could be wrong, but it's the only one i've seen yet.

Thank you for the reminder, no matter how many times you re-read shit your bound to forget something.

By the end of this week all banners currently in the Extreme Paychecks program will be deleted, new banners will than be created and put in place, at which point the idrequest page I linked will have a Banner ID Request field in order to cover the new banners.

If you do currently use EP Banners you can always contact one of us directly to view the banner and we can make a decision on getting a new banner created for your use with proper 2257 Info or give you the proper 2257 info for the existing banner if possible.

I think sponsors like Extremepaychecks will see many new affiliates signup as a result of 2257.

For someone like me its easy for me to work deals behind the scenes with sponsors and get the necsarry documentation, well because Im boneprone.. But for the avarage affilate, a lot of sponosrs may not be willing to share this kind of documentation with just anyone, and they are just left out in the cold as an affilate.

Its great to see someone like John making the first step to appease ALL of his affilates and more importantly future affilates to come.

That way privacy is somewhat obtained for the performers, and secondarys are covered somewhat??

it is so insane that gallery makers (those who submit) and hosts (tgp) are considered secondary producers.

it is just mind boggling how much this changes things

Yes that is exactly how ID's will be sent, nowhere does the Us2257 state that an address must be obtained or shared.

On a side note I hope that all gallery Makers and Tgp owners do understand they they are required to have the same cross indexing system that everyone else is required to have. So time is of the essence for all Secondary Producers to get their systems and galleries in order before June 23, 2005.

Yes we will Fax or Email the proper information for the models you are currently promoting or will be promoting at that time. We prefer Fax as we find it will be the fastest way to deliver bulk ammounts of ID's to our Affiliates in a timely fashion.

Money over model privacy? Not me. Sorry Extreme and FTV. FHGs will have to work.

I have gone over that Commented section of the law with my Attorney about 100x, there is no clear statement that says the Address CANNOT be blocked out, just simply that it will create extra burdin, burdin we do not mind as we will only have to do it once and have it on record for every affiliate moving forward.

Me as an secondary would be happy for the documentation John is and is talking about providing.. As an affilate just knowing its there, and having something like this makes me sleep better at night knowing I have it, and that my primary producer actually has the unsencored address version of the id on hand..

As an affilate I just want something.. Something that shows as a secondary I made the effort to do what is right and got proper documentation that has proof of age..

If any law wants to see more, which I doubt they are gunna come down that hard on secondary producers for clerical technicalities, Ill refer them on to the primary..

I just to cover my ass and make an effort on my part want to have someform if id in hand.. I dont care if the address is marked on my copy.

Totally understood, everyone will have their own take on this specific thing, our Models have understood from day 1 that we may share this information if we are required to do so for Secondary Producers. And Secondary Producers ONLY. We wont be posting the ID's in a public database for non-industry people to view.

Black out the address and such and keep the DOB visible.

Yes this is what I am doing, I have the 2004-2005 present day contracts in my hands right now.

It's an excellent way of looking at it, (not that I am suggesting everyone look at it that way), but if the time were to come when you get the knock at the door as an affiliate of any program if you have your documentation in order and have it to the best of your ability the chances of being reemed are far less, not to mention youll still have the ability to contact the Primary Producer.

I think John's approach on this will more than satisify the likes of secondary producers like myself and the like. I could go right now and ask several of my tgp-mgp friends if that would indeed satisify them and Im confident it would suffice.

If it doesnt satisfy them, well maybe they need to step out of the MGP-TGP biz to sleep better at night.

well, if you read the comments area under subheading "privacy" the DOJ will not allow "sanitized ID docs".

however, someone forget to articulate that in the actual regs.

so i expect this may be battled out in court.

FHGs solve the problem. Force affiliates to use them or simply give out softcore content that don't require a model's real name to be given out to any affiliate/potential stalker.

I don't know about you, but the thought that an obsessive fan can sign up as an affiliate and then find a model's real name bothers me.

BONEPRONE: blacking out an address does no good. The models real name will still have to show. That opens up a lot of opportunity for a stalker.

It also allows thousands of message boards all over the internet to start threads like:

"Learn MODEL NAME's real name here! Let's find out all about her!"


NICE short term thinking guys! I guarantee I will not sell content to ANYONE that gives out IDs to affiliates. And models will progressively STOP POSING for you if stories of model stalkers start coming out.

That is purely discretionary, and each affiliate has the option of not complying..... is that correct?

If you are not hosting images on your domains/your servers then you do not need the models documents.

O.k, let's take a second to go through the REAL steps of what a possible "Stalker Fan" might do. Becuuse it's not as simple as signing up as an affiliate and freely grabbing ID's, how about setting up Domains that affiliate programs verify? Thats an added step , along with that step comes having some typoe of ability to place some kind of html on that site that seems as if it could in fact generate traffic and sales. Not sure who exactly you deal with in regards to Affiliate programs but we Verify every affiliate prior to them being able to grab anything, so again no easy task.

As far as all those sites that can be started, thats very true, maybe the entire Adult Industry should sit on it's hands and prey and not pre-act or think or do anything else in regards to 2257 at all. And than maybe just maybe if we did that NONE of those sites would ever open. Reality shows that you dont need a DL# or anything else to find someone and stalk them people do it everyday and have been doing it for years.

As for short term thinking, please do me a favor save that shit for someone else, I can assure you that you have no idea what any Affiliate Program has gone through in the thought process of this entire thing, and certainly no idea about my thought process. As for not shooting content for us, thats fine, didnt know who you were before and managed to live for 6 years without your content already.
