One Of Our Previous Employees Just Fucked Us DRAAAMA!
 

I hate it to get to this point but I would like to inform everyone of an unfortunate situation that we found about today.

Andrew Katrib AKA Smutgiant who was a previous employee of GTS has been found stealing our personal partner accounts one of which was Madthumbs. Andrew currently is a sales rep for Soulcash. Please make this known that I have nothing but the highest respect for Seth and his program Soulcash and don't want them to look badly because of this moron. We have tracked all his submissions back and Andrew was submitting his own personal galleries through our partner accounts at Madthumbs and possible quite a few other sites after we terminated his employment.

We hired Andrew last year to handle submitting galleries for us as well as doing other administrative work. After a couple of months we found him to be a completely useless employee. He was always on MSN talking to his friends and he actually would pretend to submit galleries. I mean he was actually WORKING at NOT-WORKING!! LOL! I had to get one of my guys just to babysit this little prick all day just to make sure he got his work done. Also in addition to all of this he never made it into work on time....

Anyways long story short this guy, signed a non-compete with our company and he is in strong violation of that contract. In addition we have concrete proof of him using our partner accounts.

Please be wary of hiring Andrew as he cannot be trusted, we are now pondering what legal action we should take. What would you do if you were in my situation?

Non-competes don't do much good. No judge is going to enforce a piece of paper that keeps somebody out of work.

I think what you need to do is talk to the TGPs, get your partner accounts back, and share your story when necessary.

Not cool using your partner accounts either. Shit. I know I'd be pretty upset too but I think legal action may be more trouble than it's worth. I think you're just gotten your moneys worth here by exposing his actions.

take a ballpark and figure out what $$$ he made and then have him pay that all back.

wowee, those are some harsh words over a mad thumbs partner account. if you want to take legal action, like I said go ahead and sue me. I realize you are currently in a heated mood. Basically, yes I used a mad thumbs partner account which I obtained well at GTS and used it to submit my own galleries after I left the company. I did not really think anything of it. Let the courts decide.

Intresting what if any course of legal action could take place..Proving how much income was lost will be the biggest hurdle

I should also bill him for all the hours he wasted that I paid him for while he was working for me.

I did everything I was paid to do. Every gallery that was on the agenda to be submitted was submitted. The work was done.

It's called leaving with "class"... When we decided to fire Andrew we wanted to let him get another job in the industry hence the reason I did not come out on the boards and talk shit about him. I would never do that to anyone we let go...

I only reserve talking shit about people when they screw me over which in this case is very prevalent.

Soulcash is a total standup company that I 100% recommend. I just hate the fact that they are even mentioned in the same sentence as Andrew.

Screw you over? I submitted maybe 10-15 galleries in the past 5 or so months. Like I said on ICQ the total amount of submissions ended up in 10 signups, and that's submitting to my whole list.

I kind of figured that was what you were doing. Letting him leave with class. A class act of you, but it seems like you would have been better off putting him on the spot in the beginning.

Puts you in a situation, which you wish that you had put him on the spot, but at the sametime, that is not who you are. I hear ya.
