I don't know how it works in Canada, but here in the states a former employer can't give any info about past employees other than their date of hire and date of termination. They're not even entitled to go into the specifics of the termination.

This is just how it was explained to me by the guy who ran the HR department of the last company I worked for. Don't quote me on it.

For the record, DH and Devin contacted me and said he had this new submitter that they didn't realy trust so they didnt want him to have access to all of their normal partner accounts. So they asked me to set him pu a new partner account on madthumbs so he could submit with it. This account was set up for DH so Andrew could use it as his employee not for Andrews personal use.

I think my account got canned a few months ago in that mishap. username uno
