That's pretty low of him to do, but honestly... what do you think a court will say when you tell them that "some guy has been submitting his free porn gallery through an account to some other site that posts porn sites that he had with us that expired".... unless you had a contract of some sort on both ends that said he could not continue to use that information, it's not going anywhere.

In this business the best tactic is to bring as little legal attention to what you do as possible (doesnt matter if you're breaking the law or not, they'll still find some way to harass you for it). And filing stupid little lawsuits like this isn't going to help you get anywhere IMO.

Even if he came clean NOW he could rebuild his reputation. He's too arrogant and hardheaded to see that now. Don't burn your fuckin bridges, Andrew.

I talked to him a few times on ICQ and overall I trust him, I don't think he would f.e steal money on purpose.

I would talk a lawyer about what action can be taken against the person that used company property / resources on a unauthorized basis. Plus, get a really good HR rep that can handle suitations like this.

Regardless of how little or how much you took of GTS's property, its not yours to take or use in any way shape or form without their consent. Just as it is in any other company no matter what industry they are in.
