I can tell you without a doubt that the courts will decide in GTS' favour no question about it. You can't take company assets upon termination.

Yeah but I got all the partner accounts myself and gave the sites I was submitting to full disclosure on what I was doing and never cheated anyone. That is the difference between you and me Andrew.

I never said I wasn't wrong. I just said it's not exactly "screwing" him over. It was a partner account that had my name as the user name which nobody ever used but me.

In addition to this I even gave Andrew a car allowance because he was driving from Newmarket everyday.

I've dealt with more than one non-competition agreements in Canada. They're mostly worthless.

The problem with paying gallery submitters, is eventually they figure out how much the galleries are making compared to them and think "hey fuck I can do this for myself". Sure they can't steal your galleries, or partner IDs (as the case seems here) but they can make galleries and no judge will make them stop because of an NCA. Kidn of a shitty situation all around.

All of our employees have signed non-compete/non-disclosures...

All of our employees (13) in exception for Magnus have never worked in the industry before and if they left GTS they probably would not continue to work in the adult industry.
