This is a simple issue. Americans can not just go an become instant residents in another country. At best we can get a visa but often it is limited to X amount of days per year we can even stay in some places.
Why should this be any different for the Mexicans? If you are not legal, you are ILLEGAL and should not be allowed to stay. |

I know you didn't read the articles. Too many words and not enough pictures. Better stick to Fox News and Rush Limbaugh. They keep shit simple and biased so people like you don't have to think. |

I'm not agaisn't immigration, but we should be monitoring the shit out of the immigrants, and they should have a chip so we can locate them at anytime.
They got a different culture then ours, and when they try to bring their violent / criminal culture, that causes big big problems. |

free trade fucked everyone. those factories were once in the US or canada. shit, out of 12 factories in my hometown 15 years ago only 2 are left. all went to us/mexico/china. anyways, if everyone who wanted to come to the states was allowed to, it would only create the same problem the mexican people are facing. how does that help anything?

It's a simple solution really. All the mexicans wanna live here, we could use some more ocean front property.
Let's just annex mexico!!! That way we don't have to go thru thru the problems of immigration, and the oil companies can rape and pillage the resources that are available down there. :thumbsup |

I am not anti-immigrant; I am all for people who want to enter the country legally. My family came over from Spain many years ago. My relatives did it legally. That meant learning English and being a part of the culture. They didn?t sneak over the border in the middle of the night and then run into the streets demanding this, that and the other. Legal immigrants who enter through the proper channels by and large do come here to make society a better place.
Illegal immigrants do not come here to make this country a better place or to contribute to our society. They come here to suck up our resources, housing, handout programs, food and jobs and they ship the fruits of their labor back across the border. Illegal immigrants do not get immunized properly before crossing, this means that they bring disease and sickness with them. And to fuck with their sad stories. I've got a few of those myself and they don?t entitle me to break the law to fill my needs, wants or desires. I cant just march into Canada or China or Russia or any other country and declare myself a citizen. Why should other people be able to do the same here? Don?t post a link to a liberal California college and two to a newspaper for religious fruitcakes and tell me that?s why I should let it happen. The liberals have gotten this country into a huge fucking mess with their preaching tolerance and peace and unity bullshit its incredible. And the GOP is equally responsible for the mess because they keep wanting to spend every dime they can get a hold of. So if you think that they should be allowed to come in here and do whatever they want and we should sit back and let them, well then fuck you because you are not an American and you are the one who doesn?t deserve to be here anymore. |

Read about how your wonderful country "Mexico" treats its illegal aliens. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh Talk about hypocrits. If people in Mexico started marching and raising flags from Guatamala you'd execute them. Your country is a piece of shit. :1orglaugh :321GFY |
This is how I see it:
If a person illegally enters my house, depending on what they're doing / how their acting, I'm either going to kick them out or shoot them. I don't give a shit where you came from, only that you entered my residence without permission. I see it no different with a country's borders. If those trying to enter the country are currently starving, destitute and have no hope of a future; that sucks, but such is life. There's plenty of people in my country starving, destitute, poor, stupid who should be helped first. ---- With that aside, the US is pretty fucked. Unless someone puts some sterilization juice to the water systems, the Mexicans will procreate any other group out of existence. |

I AM an American and deserve to be here just as much as you. I'm sure you'd love to cleanse "your" country. Fucking Nazi. :321GFY |

No illegal would be "shot" as a matter of policy for flying a Guatemalan flag. They would be deported, just like illegal Guatemalans are deported form the U.S. Mexico is not my country. I was born in the U.S.A. |

Ofcourse and I agree. It's the basic human need to seek a better life. But for the sake of sounding heartless for this discussion, why is their 'economic disparity' our problem? Why is it our responsibility? |
The immagration issue is a tough one for me,and people or families like mine. I am a U.S. citizen, so is the rest of my family. My dad came to this country illeagaly from Dominican Republic back in the 60's he worked his ass off to provide better for me and the rest of my family. He eventualy became a american citizen himself through legal channels, when he didn't need too since all of his children were american citizens. So theres a few problems here.
Yes we do need to control immagration(that's just obvious) but everyone who is an american citizen came from an illeagal immagrant(somewhere down the line) how can we improve the situations for those good hard working one's. And penalize the (shit) that either is here already,or are trying to come over. Then we have the whole"race" issue. I'm latin, and a american citizen, also I'm not mexican. I'm sure after this whole immagration fiasco I will probably get treated a little different by the american society as whole, but I don't care I can defend myself what will happen to those who can't. Lastly when ever you want to get to the root of any situation, follow the money. Would america or americans put up with illegals if they were taxed at a higher rate(pending on there legal status) higher rate for an illegal, lower rate for a legal resident so on so fourth? Immagation will never stop!!! The question is how to control it. I don't have the answers, alot of us don't as good as our opinions maybe. The question at the end of the day is how can we filter the"shity one's" and keep them from comming in, and helping the good one's. |

So while I can understand some reasons for coming to another country illegally, I currently neither condone them nor think they should be tolerated. |
