And like myself in Canada, when they did an inspection - I was the guy that didn't sound Canadian. Was it racial profiling? No - but they profiled me. I have a friend from S. America and he lives here, not as a citizen but legal... and if he breaks the law like anyone else he will be asked for his ID - and his citizenship won't come into question because he can produce an ID - an illegal can't. If he is standing in the mall with his wife and they profile him, they're going to get sued. If he is standing with a bunch of dudes in a back ally, late at night - he should get profiled. And even if profiling happens - the person will have an ID if they are legal - by law... I say they raid S. Tucson and clear the place out, then move to the next city. |

When you harbor/hire illegals, it's a federal crime. before the state violations. They happen in every state, several throughout the year in far more than just the chicken industry. Some states make it harder than others of course... |
Its time the U.S. starts thinking about its own country for a change. With 10% of the country jobless they should take a page from Japan. The Japanese government figured a way to help their own citizens get work. They told their large Brazilian population to go back to Brazil we do not need your work services anymore....and paid them to leave the country. They also had to sign documents that they will not return. A while back Japan needed cheap labor and opened its doors to Brazil.
So load those buses and send them back home and put Americans back to work. Also export several other races who suck the blood out of our social services that are here illegal. It's not just Mexicans, you have Guatemalans, Dominicans, El Salvadorians, Nigerians, Haitians, Chinese, etc. Just so you know any illegal immigrant can become legal if they join the U.S. Military and do their service to our country. |

The bottom line is they are breaking the laws of this country and if they don't like it, pack their stinking asses up and take their fucking families back to the shit hole they came from! |

Yes, a DL issued by the state does confirm citizenship/residence....among other things. You do not have to carry your papers with you. It takes days to get a new DL - it takes MONTHS to get a new green card. That's why you get an ID. If everyone is standing around doing nothing, a cop would or wouldn't say anything - equally before or after this law - that's what you missed. And if he happened to question as to why they are standing in a back ally late at night - he is fully in his legal rights. As per the other thread, and this one - you clearly do not understand the laws. |

I also heard that this dirt bag commander in chief wants to see if Arizona is breaking any laws so he can have the ruling changed.
I think the State of Arizona should file a law suit against the shit bags in Washington for breaking the law by not securing the borders...after all it is their job and as usual they love to turn a blind eye to the overwhelming growing problem of illegal immigrants. On another note, there has always been a law on the books to pull anyone over for reasonable suspicion. It is not our fault the majority of illegal immigrants are mexican as they seem to be the only people bitching about the new law because it is "THEIR" people who are breaking the law that are here illegally and it is "THEIR" people that have caused this whole issue to be where it is today, not us citizens. Like I have said a 100 times....they have no rights here, if they don't like it in the U.S., get the FUCK OUT!!! |

The people who live upstairs from me are Mexican and play loud music 24/7. I complained to my management office, they called them up and asked them to lower their music...and they complained back and said we are paying rent here we can do what we want. I am looking to move to a better area with a good school district, but currently paying cheap rent so you got to put up with people who don't give a fuck about anybody but themselves. |

If you're born here and your parents are not citizens, and you leave and do not return here to live here again before some time frame passes, you're not a citizen. Those illegal people should have left, thus they shouldn't be allowed here kids or not. |

It is bad here too. I am all for this law. Also no one can call me a racist for supporting this since I am Hispanic. News flash to some of the people posting in here. We do not all have dark hair, dark eyes and really dark skin. It is pretty racist to assume all hispanics are dark. :2 cents: |

Where do you live? How many smugglers do you know? Have you ever heard them say "oh no! What if they build a wall!?" Trust me when I tell you a wall would be ineffective. No one is worried about a wall. |

What's the difference between a negro and a Mexican? Mexicans will break the law to get a job...negroes break the law to avoid getting jobs. |

Yes I'm sure - the wall has a set price. The troops cost money every day they are here, it's not free to put 1,000's of troops and what you want, 10,000's of troops along the border and everything else... War zones costs a hell of a lot more than a wall. Being that you can't logically put troops across our full border in the first place... the front is extremely large, the cost, man power, equip problems, water issues, fuel issues, would be just day 1. That's before they over take some Americans land. You can however, use a wall, natural walls-borders-water ways, to force the mass majority into a funneled area. Then you can focus your man power, supplies, use less of everything and then you only have to monitor the other zones and not fully man them. I live about 30-45 north of the border. |

I didn't say hispanics working here illegaly is okay, I just understand why it happens. Where did I say hispanics don't break the law? My brother had his ID stolen...by a white guy. Negroes cause more crime and commit more welfare fraud than Mexicans. |

I wish law makers here in California would pull their head out of their ass and pass a law like this. Ask anyone who is here legally, they don't have a problem showing an ID. Only fucking illegals who has a problem.
Actually Mexicans who are here legally hate illegals more than anyone else. because its they who have to deal with most of these crap because of the illegals. |

From Texas to Cali, the local news and papers have been reporting what business owners and land owners have been saying for years. Who do you think helped push the legislation to complete the wall, add to it, expand it? The people along the border - now why would they do that for 10+ years if it didn't work? Come on... this isn't 5th grade math or anything. |

Any arrests yet? The way the fear mongers talk, the cops should have 10's of thousands of racially profiled families and kids in giant pens by now.
Maybe all the fear talk is just wrong. |

I seriously wouldnt take anything Obama said on this to heart, because he's smart enough to know that he had to say SOMETHING. And misguided is perhaps the least offensive least divisive word he could have chosen. For all we can really read into it, we have no idea if Obama personally supports or opposes it. He doesnt need to say anything more in order to get congress to write up a bill. But he couldnt just avoid speaking about it completely or that would've been the dominant story; "president ignores questions on new arizona law" lol.
