I'm not trying to push my sites here, I won't post my program URL, so this is a totally non-commercial post:

my conversion rate is about 1:400. that is 400 RAW to 1 sale for $24.95; no trials.

if your ccbill conversions suck, may be it's time to get a better looking girl or a better looking website design.

Please don't plug your program in a thread where I am obviously very very pissed off for good reason.

The guy who designed my sites and will design all future sites is one of the best out there hands down.

Read everything please... there are many people that have concerns about CCBill right now - do we all need a re-design?? We are seriously contemplating a shift to other processors which is going to take so much effort I can barely think about it... it's a serious issue.

The one thing I keep coming back to... is why is it ALWAYS CCbill that these threads are about... I rarely if ever see the NATs guys complaining about certain processors. Problem is CCBill have many of us by the crackers and it is hard to break away.

How do they have you "by the crackers"? Frankly I don't understand how anyone could let their business take a hit because of one single business partner of theirs. Setting up multiple processors is not that difficult. Setting up a system like NATS/MPA is not that difficult.

Complaining about the same issue over and over again makes no sense. Solve the issue.

When I started in my industry over 11 years ago, an individual merchant account was out of the question. I used other billing systems but none had the features of CCBill. Less than 1% chargebacks too

CCBill didn't pay for it you did... and we too have seen great success, the overall concerns are only from the last 6 months, prior to that we never had any issues, this is all about what has now been dubbed the 'roller coaster' effect, it just seems to be getting worse, problem is when you are thinking it already quietly and then you read multiple threads about the same thing it's real hard not to start assuming the worse.

We don't want to go to another processor... that's a last resort, we just want things to go back to normal..

Maybe so. But prior to manipulations made to my form and this thread I had spent hours and hours and hours trying to figure out various problems, different billing prices, customized form approved and implemented only to be changed behind my back.

Now that i've cooled off a bit I am taking the advice and switching.
