Drink water. I eat nonstop when I sit at the pc it's insane. Chocolate, cake, pizza, peanuts... snack food galore. I'm way better when there's a big bottle of water on the desk next to me.

yeah, that is the worst becuase you eat a lot at night, then go to sleep not to long after. im trying to get to bed aroudn 2am, so after about 9 when im hungry i just drink a few glasses of water and thats been helping
