You should see an instantaneous autoreply telling you that your email is in the ticket system and that a tech will be in touch.... That lets you know that they got it.
In my experience they are on the case almost right away.

they had replied straight away and the response got burried amongst 200 spam mails which is why I missed it, fuck !!! they're looking into it right now |
