So many true dat's in this e-mail
"they are right on it"
"I get a response in 10 minutes"
and so on.
If they received your e-mail, then you should have received a response with a ticket number. If you did not get that, then they may not have received it.
Furthermore, in that response e-mail it says that if you haven't received a response in an hour, send an e-mail to
[email protected] (or something to that effect).
Did you do that??
I talked to them this morning on zipping up some sites I sold, and dealing with a major move of my membership sites.
