    my sites've been down for like 7 hours now (doing 310 redirect right now), emails and ICQ went unanswered

          aye, i never even looked at the .com before today.

          Phatservers.net is the one i email.

            Did you get the support ticket notification thingy? If you didn't get that, then your email didn't go through.

                  You should see an instantaneous autoreply telling you that your email is in the ticket system and that a tech will be in touch.... That lets you know that they got it.

                  In my experience they are on the case almost right away.

                      So many true dat's in this e-mail

                      "they are right on it"
                      "I get a response in 10 minutes"

                      and so on.

                      If they received your e-mail, then you should have received a response with a ticket number. If you did not get that, then they may not have received it.

                      Furthermore, in that response e-mail it says that if you haven't received a response in an hour, send an e-mail to [email protected] (or something to that effect).

                      Did you do that??

                      I talked to them this morning on zipping up some sites I sold, and dealing with a major move of my membership sites.
