Without trying to offend anyone as well - I think it is obviusly illegal - but also - well here is the words of a crappy judge in my area:

However - it is also a fantasy type thing - there could be ways of doing it without it being "illegal" - like the girl tells the guy ahead of time she wants him to do it when she is out - that sort of thing. Might seem weird, but I think you could pull it off.

it's not that black & white. it's rare that i really see "consent" in the porn i've seen. how do i know the men & women involved aren't drunk/high/whatever out of their minds? i can't ever know that.

The key is really when the release was signed I think.
A person too drunk to understand what they are signing isn't going to constitute a valid release.
