Is it legal to make videos on to blow up the world trade center? How about then marketing this video and profiting off of it?
you wouldn't actually blow up a building in the video, you'd just fake it.
The question then moves to is it legal to make a video of a non-concent rape scene and basically show people how to do it. You'd profit from showing people how to commit rape?
