If it's fantasy, as in not real, then it is okay legally in most areas.

However,

if you are <i>counselling</i> others or instructing them on how to harm others in any way, then you cross the line.




but writing something about fantasy make believe subjects is NOT wrong. How many tv shows contain scenes where a female gets abused, harrassed, raped, or murdered? TONS... you don't watch NYPD Blue? Or Law & Order?? What about movies? There are lots of examples where a plot or storyline takes such a twist, but it's all fantasy, play-acting. DRAMA. Hello?

Write what you want for fuck sakes.
