ePassporte trustworthiness?

Hi all,

I am planning to sign up with ePassporte to use for receiving adult affiliate payouts and as such I have been reading around various forums (here, Sitepoint, etc) abou them. For the most part feedback seems neutral or positive but I have found a threads like this one at Sitepoint giving me cold feet.

The thought of having your account frozen as soon as it accumulates a certain amount of funds and having it taken away is certainly not appealing. Can anyone offer up their experiences with ePassporte? Perhaps these are isolated inicidents or the users were in fact up to no good. Would appreciate any feedback. Many thanks!

Posting a link to another board... bad idea!

Epassport is fine. Don't abuse it, don't run a million dollars through it, and don't play games, and you should be fine. Don't let the funds pile up, remove money regularly and keep your account at a reasonable level, and you will be fine.

i used them last year for a while but after having my account frozen twice (one occasion left me in a bad spot when the ATM card quit working w/out warning while i was partying in Thailand) i closed my account and won't touch them or trust them. many use them and assumedly do not have problems w/ their service but when you do they take a very cavalier attitude that they are not responsible for your woes... and, since they are not technically a real bank when it comes down to it, they aren't.

do a search here on gfy for the word ePassporte (only search titles) and you'll see some of the carnage and angst directed towards how they handle things on occasion.

oh, and Madawgz is a postwhore, along w/ being 'okama manko'..!

There many threads where epass has done many wrong things, one of the thread searches you should do looking for the problem THY has run into and I have made many post regarding how epass has not done things right by me as well and there are other people to.

Epass sucks the only problem is there the only ones doing what they do right now. Or atleast one of the only ones widely accepted.

I have never dealt with the issue you had/have, if you email me or hit me up on ICQ lets see if we can work it out.

I have never had a problem with it and don't think I ever will, and if I do I am sure that Michael O will help me get it striaghtened out.
now that Paypal will let you add the epass virtual card to your paypal account, it is even better for me.
its good to be able to buys some shit vie ebay, yahoo and other places using paypal and pay with epass, no more having to ask for currency trades/exchanges.

It's really simple... You work in adult = you need an ePass account I know there have been a lot of drama threads, but of course with a service that a lot of people use, you will have a lot of people with problems of any kind.

But keep in mind - most happy customers don't say anything while those with problems will SCREAM it out. For me I can say I never had a problem with them during the 1 year period I'm using them now.

eZe, it hits my basic theory about epass: keep taking the money out, don't let the account build up, and if it was a single payment for 4300, maybe you should consider something like a wire to your bank account next time.

With a $500 limit a day to take money out, you should make it a job to go to the ATM every time your account is higher than that and take out what you can.

Michael might not like that idea, but a little cash in your hands can smooth over any issues that may occur.

Unless your a sponsor paying out affiliates, or a heavy spender to epass accepting sites ,no average joe shmoe would keep 4k in the epass account.

Unless you proved to them without a shadow of doubt that the transfers are legit, you have no problem other than verifying.

Otherwise, your a scum trying to launder money, or a con artist.

I had quite a few bad dealings with EPP. When I called, their support sucked! After 1 year, I see this Michael person posting on here and I contact him. Michael is in the process of taking care of everything. Getting my money back that I thought I lost. Michael does exactly what he says and it makes me feel alot better using EPP.

I added you to ICQ.

If your account approaches $5,000 we will send a message to your message center asking you to verify your account.
A week later we will send a reminder.
Another week later your account will be blocked.
Its a requirement that all accounts over $5,000 is verified.
You can verify your account at any time.

I have given up trying to get my card verified with epassporte. My 1st few cards were verified but because my card 'chip & pin' was damaged my bank issued me with a new one. Because I am in the UK the amount they do the pending charge is not always accurate because of exchange rate charges by bank.

Bro.. if you do legit business and you don't have anyone complaining to epass about you, your fine If by some chance they put your account on hold, call them and they will get you fixed up. Epass is the best thing to adult porn
