I know there have been a lot of drama threads, but of course with a service that a lot of people use, you will have a lot of people with problems of any kind.
But keep in mind - most happy customers don't say anything while those with problems will SCREAM it out. For me I can say I never had a problem with them during the 1 year period I'm using them now.
