My dog is way too smart, lol. She is an escape artist and has figured out how to undue double latches on her crate and even heavy duty cable ties (she weighs 17 lbs). She amazes me, lol. It's almost like watching Houdini sometimes.

I made the mistake of letting our little cat, Smokey, out last night. When let out he usually just cowers on the porch for a little bit before retreating back into the house, but he ran off and didn't come back until tonight.

He let us know he was home too. He was banging on the screen door like someone trying to break in. The little one ate like and drank like he was away for days and then fell soundly assleep.

Here's a pic of him admiring the outside from his window - the only outside he's gonna see for a while.

We have two Bengal cats and they are far to smart for their own good. But they are a bit wild still too.
A sliver spotted and a marble.
We have a something ragdoll too, and its retarded, its cross eyed and runs into the mirrored closet doors all the time, but its entertaining.

When my girlfriend or I go to the toilet usually the door is left open and our little terrier can see when we are sitting on the toilet. One day we left her in the house for over 6 hours, there was no one to take her out and she couldn't hold it anymore so she jumped onto the toilet and took a shit on the lid. I found that pretty smart because she knew its wrong to do it in the house.

Smart as shit, depth of emotional attachment...amazing...

If I could find another dog like him I'd be stoked. He set the bar too high and makes me want to not own another dog.

When I used to train my dog in the cage when he was a baby he hated it. So he would pretend to sleep when it was time to go in the cage... I could yell, call him, do anything he wouldnt move... Until I open the fridge door, then he was right there besides me as if he had just teleported himself.

Oh yeah, and he also sneaked into my room with a shoe and 'replaced' a stuffed animal that was on my bed with it thinking I wouldnt notice to take it into his basket.

Nonetheless he's the most stubborn dog I've ever had.

My black lab, Maddy, is stupid as fuck until a treat comes out, and then she could do calculus. We left her alone to roam the house as a puppy one day and came home to find her cozy on the couch with two pillows from our bedroom. Little fucker....

I can't stand it.
