Hey bro... I really feel for you and I definitely have an idea how you are feeling like. It sucks to know that it's happening to you and that it comes from the person you love very much. I don't know what I'd be doing if my gf was about to have a date. Actually I let her go with her male friends but I trust her enough and I don't think she'd be cheating on me.

Maybe the situation is kinda the same with you gf. Maybe she wants to have some changes, that doesn't mean she will cheat you at first place. If she loves you it'll be very tough decision to go with another guy at the same time, not to mention that sleeping with that guy thing. Don't afraid to tell her that you trust her and all that but that you have some doubts because there's nothing to hide between you two, if you both love each other. Talk to her like the part of you and find out how she feels. If she admits it and says you she still loves you then just ask her why would she like to go to dates w/o you know about you (behind your back). Let her explain... if she wants to have some friends, let her go but also ask her to meet you with that 'new friend' of her. And so on...

Basically, talk to her and find out what you should do. Don't just act too fast and too childish, you both are grown persons. Nice warm talk can make up every doubt and at least help you and your girlfriend pass over one hard period together!!

I think what you do depends on your feelings for her and where/how far (marriage) you intended the relationship to go. If you thought she was the "one" then this is going to be very hard on you. If not, it will still be hard on you, just not "very" hard.

Either way I think you should show up at the place they are going to. You need to see it with your own eyes or some other hard evidence and she needs to know you have proof. Otherwise, she will lie her ass off and probably convince you that what really happend was something other than reality. That is the way it works.

She has already lied and things will only get worse. If you stay with her she will mind fuck you. People do fuck up and make bad decisions and it is really up to you wether or not you want to deal with what is going on and confront her and tell her that you want to fix things between you. If you do this, you will be snooping everything she does, because you already cannot trust her. It will take time for her to rebuild that trust. Again, is that the life that you want?

More than likely this is a good indicator of the type of person she is. That's difficult to hear, I know. But more than likely this is who she really is. This may not even be the first time, you never know. If it is the first time, there is a good chance it will not be the last.

If I were in your shoes now, I have been there before and this is what I would do now, I would go to the place they are going to. BRING A FRIEND with you. You can say that you will be cool if you see them together but you really can't predict that. You emotions may go through the roof and you may end up doing something that will get you in jail. You do this because 1. You have to know for yourself. YOU will need hard proof or your mind will always be second guessing the true nature of the event. 2. She must know that you know 100% what she is up to. Otherwise she will do that lying thing that will warp the shit out of your reality.

Once you see it with your own eyes do what another poster suggested. Buy her and the guy she is with a drink. Maybe a Kamikaze or some other descriptive drink that applies to the situation. Along with that drink send a note that says something as simple as "It's over", "I'm glad you've shown me who you really are"...whatever...just something to the point with maybe a little creative twist. Using a creative twist will give you the feeling of, "hell yeah! Zinger! Fuck you bitch"...you get the point.

Now, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FRIEND WITH YOU. Go home, pack her stuff and tell her to get the fuck out. You need a friend there so that you have 1. a witness to the events that unfold and 2. to make sure you do not fly off the handle (not saying you would, but emotions are always unpredictable). When I found out in my situation the first thing she said was "don't hit me". I was like, wtf I've never laid a hand on you in 10 years. Then I was thinking that this lying bitch may tell people or the cops that I hit her. It was scary because being a man with that accusation you are put in a no win situation.

When you find out your girl is cheating on you (don't forget, emotional affairs are affairs as well and usually lead to physical affairs) the person you thought she was is gone. At that point you question and do not know what they are capable of.

Anyway, to summarize: RUN AWAY! Run away now! Run away before she puts your balls in a vice! (you laugh...it happens)

If you thought she was the "one" then this is going to be very hard on you. If not, it will still be hard on you, just not "very" hard. Either way I think you should show up at the place they are going to. You need to see it with your own eyes or some other hard evidence and she needs to know you have proof. Otherwise, she will lie her ass off and probably convince you that what really happend was something other than reality. That is the way it works. She has already lied and things will only get worse. People do fuck up and make bad decisions and it is really up to you wether or not you want to deal with what is going on and confront her and tell her that you want to fix things between you. If you do this, you will be snooping everything she does, because you already cannot trust her. It will take time for her to rebuild that trust. Again, is that the life that you want? More than likely this is a good indicator of the type of person she is. That's difficult to hear, I know. But more than likely this is who she really is. This may not even be the first time, you never know. If it is the first time, there is a good chance it will not be the last. If I were in your shoes now, I have been there before and this is what I would do now, I would go to the place they are going to. BRING A FRIEND with you. You can say that you will be cool if you see them together but you really can't predict that. You emotions may go through the roof and you may end up doing something that will get you in jail. You do this because 1. You have to know for yourself. YOU will need hard proof or your mind will always be second guessing the true nature of the event. 2. She must know that you know 100% what she is up to. Otherwise she will do that lying thing that will warp the shit out of your reality. Once you see it with your own eyes do what another poster suggested. Buy her and the guy she is with a drink. Maybe a Kamikaze or some other descriptive drink that applies to the situation. Along with that drink send a note that says something as simple as "It's over", "I'm glad you've shown me who you really are"...whatever...just something to the point with maybe a little creative twist. Using a creative twist will give you the feeling of, "hell yeah! Zinger! Fuck you bitch"...you get the point. Now, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FRIEND WITH YOU. Go home, pack her stuff and tell her to get the fuck out. You need a friend there so that you have 1. a witness to the events that unfold and 2. to make sure you do not fly off the handle (not saying you would, but emotions are always unpredictable). When I found out in my situation the first thing she said was "don't hit me". I was like, wtf I've never laid a hand on you in 10 years. Then I was thinking that this lying bitch may tell people or the cops that I hit her. It was scary because being a man with that accusation you are put in a no win situation. When you find out your girl is cheating on you (don't forget, emotional affairs are affairs as well and usually lead to physical affairs) the person you thought she was is gone. At that point you question and do not know what they are capable of. Anyway, to summarize: RUN AWAY! Run away now! Run away before she puts your balls in a vice!
