Personally, I'm all about the making a scene. I'd hit the place they were eating and grab a seat next to her. I'd say hello and start chatting like her being there with another guy was the most normal thing in the world. Then I'd start telling the dude stuff like:
"Man you are lucky, this girl is great in the sack."
"She loves it when you stick it in her ass and call her your sister."
"When you're banging her be sure to bend her over the kitchen table and use carrots. etc."
Then add in the "It's too bad she's a dirty whore. She'd made a great wife / partner but you can't even trust her not to meet people behind your back while you are sitting at home missing her. If you hook up remember to just use her as your fuck toy because she'll break your heart if you get any more serious than that".
Once that is out of the way stand up and say "Ok sweetie I have to go. You are welcome to come home when you're done here but please know that because of this I will never trust or respect you again. If you aren't opposed to living with me, fucking whenever I want, and having unlimited 3somes and 4somes that you arrange with other women for me then I'll see you at home."
