I don't know what I'd be doing if my gf was about to have a date. Actually I let her go with her male friends but I trust her enough and I don't think she'd be cheating on me.

Maybe the situation is kinda the same with you gf. Maybe she wants to have some changes, that doesn't mean she will cheat you at first place. Let her explain... if she wants to have some friends, let her go but also ask her to meet you with that 'new friend' of her. And so on...

Basically, talk to her and find out what you should do. Don't just act too fast and too childish, you both are grown persons. Nice warm talk can make up every doubt and at least help you and your girlfriend pass over one hard period together!!

I think what you do depends on your feelings for her and where/how far (marriage) you intended the relationship to go. If you thought she was the "one" then this is going to be very hard on you. If not, it will still be hard on you, just not "very" hard.

Either way I think you should show up at the place they are going to. You need to see it with your own eyes or some other hard evidence and she needs to know you have proof. Otherwise, she will lie her ass off and probably convince you that what really happend was something other than reality. That is the way it works.

If I were in your shoes now, I have been there before and this is what I would do now, I would go to the place they are going to. BRING A FRIEND with you. You can say that you will be cool if you see them together but you really can't predict that. You emotions may go through the roof and you may end up doing something that will get you in jail. You do this because 1. You have to know for yourself. YOU will need hard proof or your mind will always be second guessing the true nature of the event. 2. She must know that you know 100% what she is up to. Otherwise she will do that lying thing that will warp the shit out of your reality.

Once you see it with your own eyes do what another poster suggested. Buy her and the guy she is with a drink. Maybe a Kamikaze or some other descriptive drink that applies to the situation. Along with that drink send a note that says something as simple as "It's over", "I'm glad you've shown me who you really are"...whatever...just something to the point with maybe a little creative twist. Now, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FRIEND WITH YOU. Go home, pack her stuff and tell her to get the fuck out.
