Maybe you forgot to log out of her account one day on your computer, she was cleaning your room, read it, and now she's decided to throw a prank on you. lol
Come clean, talk about it, have her talk about it... don't play cop, don't play the priviate investigator...
If you saw one of your employees taking $20 out of the cash register and pocketing it, would you scope him out for weeks and try getting him at the most humiliating moment? no. When you find something out, you deal with it then and don't sleep on it. Reduce the drama in your life.
