On the other hand i'd like to know a few things about your reliability. I've seen a lot of complains about founds not availble while founds were there.

I wanted to cut costs and use your virtual visa to pay my hosting but I cannot trust it will work. You know hosting companies aren't restaurants or gas stations so if they will not get the money they just remove my servers from networ so I'll be back on biz?
What do you think is your up-time? i didn't see any statment about that in your TOS.
We have very few complaints in relation to the number of transactions we do every day, week or month. Unfortunately we are not 100 percent on satisfaction although we try. Look at the sponsor programs using ePassporte and that should speak to our reliability and stability.

Oh, and another thing, about a month ago I asked for a raise on the withdrawl limit, and someone from support sent me a link where I had to pay $5 or something and my withdrawl limit would raise.

I paid the $5.

The problem is that I have 2 cards on that account, and the card I actually use didn't have it's limit raised, only the one that I don't use. So I end up loosing $5.

Can someone fix that for me? User: adesignbr

It has happened to me and others multiple times where we send a p2p to another account and then the next day I check the account and it sent the same transaction twice. I am still waiting to hear from support on when I will get my money back. I emailed Keyser back on 8/12 and he said he was sending it to Tech guys to look at it, and still nothing. I also emailed support thru the message center on 8/11 and have not gotten a reply yet.

Just curious why it takes support so long to respond to concerns or did I get overlooked?

I dropped the ball on this. I got your email but didn't follow up on it, I apologize for that. I will make sure its looked into and email you as soon as I have more information.

8 days is way too long... Paypal does it in 2 days.

Is there anyway to speed this process up?

Also, is there any chance that you will be eliminating the initial and annual fee for the bank card? I think a lot more people would get it then. It would increase exposure for you guys too.

I've actually had conversations with tellers and clerks about my Paypal card...I don't have an Epass card because I think it should be free.

Btw...I use your service regularly and I happy with it aside from the above.
Hi NTSS

I'm happy to hear you are happy with our services. Regarding ACH withdrawals, we have looked into speeding up the process with our service provider however it seems it is not possible at this time. I believe it has to do with the banks we use and their systems.

In terms of fees, I guess what we need people to understand is that we have worked out a business model to make us money. While I can understand your frustrations about purchasing a card for $35, there are instances where if we did not charge that fee, we would not make any money as there are fees that go directly to the bank which ePassporte does not see.

Also I think that Keyser Soze does a great job and is always very helpfull.

Yeah, I had an issue with this myself, and when I called the merchant, they told me that they had closed the transaction and the hold would come off within 72 hours. When it didnt come off I called Epassporte CS and they told me that it would take 30 days unless the merchant faxed them some kind of form. I called the merchant back and they told me the transaction was closed and completed and had nothing to do with them, it was out of their hands and should have been resolved by visa already... Ended up having to wait the 30 days for it to be taken off...

Not trying to sound rude but why is your website ethier down or going slow 80% of the time. Also the five times I called in, I always get some guy I can berly understand saying, our systems are done please call back later. Why should I do transactions through you, if your system is going to be down and your support agents can berly speak english. I love the idea of epassporte but I think there is alot of things that need to be fixed.

Sorry missed this one earlier.

Your ATM limits, and all other ePassporte account limits are refreshed every 24 hours.

Example:
Daily ATM Withdrawal limit: $500
Day 1 ATM transactions:
11:00 am - $200
4:00 pm ? $200
9:00 pm - $100 (at this point you?ve used up your limits)

The next time you may successfully withdraw from an ATM will be on Day 2 at 11:00 am for no more than $200.00. If you wait until 9:00pm on Day 2, then you will be able to withdraw up to $500

Please send Cardholder Services your user ID so that they can check and make sure that there arent any issues with how your limits are refreshed.

The merchant could have faxed simply what they told you there and it would have solved the issue.

Ok - First, until a few months ago, I've NEVER had problems with Epassporte and nothing to bitch about either. Having given out 'gift cards' have caused me more headaches than the 'gift' I wanted to give but I Keyser and at the time Tassy, helped me resolve my problems so I'm grateful for that.

Now here's my beef as a user. I have hosting I'd love to pay with my epassporte account but I can't. Now talking with the accountant at the company, I was told that Epassporte pricing for businesses is based on transactional volume rather than dollar value so basically he'll pay a higher rate because he's receiving 20 transactions of $5000.00 each (totalling $100k) rather than 100 transactions of $500.00 (totalling $50k)

I've asked him to contact you directly for this, Shaliza, not sure if he did - but is it still this way or did this change?

I'm not sure if I follow. Please have the hosting company contact me so i can understand their needs and offer them a competitive rate.

Thanks
shaliza

Hi

accept for a day a few weeks ago where we were upgrading the system, I have not noticed any downtime recently. I will talk to our tech team to see if we are having any issues with the site being slow and what we can do to resolve this issue. Our support team is in the US and they are all english speaking so i am not sure what to tell you.

The reality is we have costs that we need to cover so we need to charge fees or we would be a non profit organization.

An example I had from recently. I had to pay someone $150.00.. so I noticed when setting up the payment it said '10.00' load fee.. Ok, so I paid that.. so i have a 150.00 balance in my epass. go to pay the person and oops it costs .25 cents.. and the minimum load amount is 25.00.. so awesome I get to load 25.00 more to cover a 25 cent fee.

We are currently working on a system that will give you history from Day 1, although Day 1 will be when we launch that serve. I wish my answer could be "Problem solved" but its just "being worked on" as of now.

Even fucking paypal can do this so it can't be that difficult

What made you decide to charge the payer as opposed to the payee for transactions? For instance, in the PayPal system, money can be sent at no charge to the person sending the money (the payer), and the charge is instead taken out of the whole amount at the receiver's (the payee) end; whereas in the ePassporte system, the payer is the one who receives the charge, and the payee receives the full amount.

Can someone fix that for me? User: adesignbr
Done.
Let me know if there is anything else.

Hi testpie

Our service providers pretty much charge us for everything we charge the customer. I am assuming Paypal has a pretty sweet deal with their bank and their backend processor as we would not be able to offer similar rates.

Few things I would like changed with Epass.

1. Longer history. I can't look back more than I think 3 months. Makes no sense.

2. Allow personal accounts to send money to business accounts.

3. Any type of transaction dispute system would be great. Especially for business account holders. Let's face it, scammers love to use Epass. Even with a sponsor program doing a 2 week hold on funds before paying them out, it's still possible to be royally fucked by scammers using Epass. Business account holders should be able to dispute a transaction.

4. Wires sometimes get lost in "la la land" and take extremely long to hit our account.

5. A couple times our business account has ended up with a negative balance. Because of the way debits and credits are done apparently it's possible to end up with a negative balance. Rather annoying.

6. Support isn't very good. I have to hit up people on ICQ to get real answers.

Just my 2 cents. We love Epass and are able to work with webmasters around the world because of you guys.
