adult spam is the minority these days. im sure optin lists still do well, etc but you can't mail an adult site to a general email list and expect good results. i almost never get adult spam these days and when i do, its adult dating.

it must suck to make no money. spam is only hated by those who don't want it, obviously some like it. these direct energy assholes coming to my place every 2 weeks for the past 6 months wanting to look at my natural gas bill is more of a hassle than the 10 spams i get a day after installing spam assassin. get a life man, or at least try to make one in the time you waste reporting spam that will just come from another ip and another domain tomorrow.

Wrong 100%. Porn email spam is harming our industry more than anything else, because half of it is received by kids, whos parents complain to the government and anyone else they can (Why do you think the majority of sponsors no longer accept email traffic of any kind?).

Spammers that do this are going to fuck up the off shore cover for everybody.

you get ads in return for t.v. shows .. spammers dont give anything except the content of their emails..

I dont think most people have anything against emails , or using emails for commercial purposes , they have something against people who lie cheat and steal.. ( i.e. using false from tags or misrepresenting the content )

You can bankrupt taxes after certain limitation periods are over. As far as liens from judgements, you can't claim bankruptcy on them from what I have read.

Also, the new bankruptcy laws make cpater 7 pretty much chapter 11 now.. meaning there is no way to declare total bankruptcy and wipe out all debt. The amount youpay, however, is dependant upon the amount of money you make.

There are many homeowners from Katrina who didn't have insurance and lost their homes.. Very few got the bankruptcy through before the laws changed and there are thousands who are carrying a mortgage through on their chapter 7's ... That is some fucked up shit... New bankruptcy laws have their purpose, and I get Bush's reasoning for amending the laws, but there should still be a way to declare total bankruptcy.
