GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD NEWS Lets all write!

Bob,

Please write me back with your account # and information. We are making settlements on a daily basis and sending out checks for any owed money regularly. We are now under new ownership and are not forgetting old monies owed.

I know it might be frustrating to you , but we are working to get our customers any monies they are owed.

A lot of our old customers are coming back to iBill because we are paying the moneys owed and also processing with lower rates and courteous customer service.

I would hope you would email me back with the details of your account and we can move on from there. If you are willing to try us on your website as a processor, we will also work to reach an amicable agreement. Please realize that this is new management, and they are working to pay any money owed. Again, we need your account information and approximate moneys owed, and we can work to get you a very good settlement.

Mitch

P.S. I am also not part of the old management, but trying to clear up the past problems. I hope we can work to get your confidence again. Thanks!

This is how they pay money again: they want you to use ibill first, then they might think of deciding whether they should decide if you could get your money.

LOL, I see the "new management" is securing payouts, what about the old outstanding debts they had? Did they just casually forget about them?

What "settlement" has to be "worked out"???
Everyone already signed notes that specifically say how much is owed to them - and that iBill will pay that amount.
Just look at the paperwork.

even though they don't owe me money specifically, some of my close friends are owed and thats about the same in my book. i think they should pay people first, then work to gain peoples respect again. i would want anything owed to me 100% before i even thought about processing another sale with them. it seems like they want people to make them money while they pay back in increments what was not paid out on time. i'd probably even ask for interest on what is late that my bank would have paid me for it being in my account.

thats just me though.

Nice to see the new management have "moved forward" with the iBill traditions of the old management - ie, they can't read a fucking ledger and have a problem paying creditors.

146 emails later and they might find the correct account.

Mitch- I feel for you , bro

Hi Mitch-

You obviously have no idea what you have gotten yourself into. Dropping your pants is no way to earn business. By dropping your rate, you are further devaluing a worthless company. Some good old fashioned Honesty and Integrity would be good ways for a company to earn business. I am sorry that you were duped into accepting a job with a company that has no idea what either word means.
No offense to you, bro. I am sure you are a good guy who deserves much better than the stigma that is attached to your pittiful employer.
I liken your post to the war in Iraq---a shameful, losing proposition. Get Out while you still can.

Best of luck to you.

We got our affiliates out 18 month before the crash, thank god!

We announced it on GFY for any affiliate who missed our e-mail and a few people here started shouting about how Iball's would never let them down, never go out of business Blah Blah Blah. I remember two people in particular who would post how great Iball's was. Now i can laugh at those losers, they should have read the writing on the wall instead of blindly trusting people who had no fucking idea what was going on.
Iball's is desperate and every time they try another desperate strategy it will get posted by someone on GFY and most of the other boards. So IBALL's give up you will never regain the trust of adult webmasters. Shut up and pay the fucking money owed, i still have not seen a posting from any program owner saying we have been paid in full all outstanding monies due before and after Sept 09 2004 and all the web 900 monies that went missing ???

You hit the nail on the head this is exactly what they are doing as they don't have enough money to pay us out the money from 2004 and pay staff, buy homes, cars boats etc.

hey mitch, glad to see you on here, it takes real balls

now here is a piece of advice...pay everyone the fucking money your company owes them and don't ask people to request to be paid, just pay the money......ibill is a piece of shit company that sunk a long time ago, and for you to come on and request people email you to get their money just shows how shady and fucked up you all really are nowadays

piss off and take that gkard and shove it up your ass where it belongs

Yet another typical iBill post. Some ass clown from iBill makes a post on here, and when people respond, he/she disappears. How many times are they going to do this before they realize it isn't helping their cause. The names change (at least the GFY handles) but the bullshit remains the same.

Not only that, but up until a month or two before they went belly up, they were still pestering people to use IBill instead of CCBill.

I'm glad I never went with them

I'd like to see ibill pay revsharers. They're still collecting money on rebills for past signups that I sent, but I haven't been paid since December 2004.

How 'bout it, Mitch?

Add typing skills to iBull's list of deficiencies.

Gee, if I were responding to some pissed-off webmasters in a public forum, I'd be sure to check whether my contact info was accurate and usable.

iBull is still full of fucktards.

They couldn't even get a banner of GFY without a typo. These things just paint the big picture of the lack of attention to detail at that place. And you wonder how they managed to lose their merchant account and not have a back up plan

Although I suspect its a waste of my time and effort, yesterday I went ahead and sent off an email to the addy Mitch Siegel posted here earlier, once again providing all the account information he requested.

Surprisingly, we received an email reply from him within hours (and not a form letter!). He promised to look in to things and would be back in touch "later next week."

Let's see if Mitch Siegal is a man of his word.

I was just surfing around looking to see who processes with who...and notice a site that has been online for a long time signed back up with Ibill...? I am guessing she doesn't read GFY. Poor Heather from ideepthroat.com going with ibill could only mean trouble down the line.
