Please write me back with your account # and information. We are making settlements on a daily basis and sending out checks for any owed money regularly. We are now under new ownership and are not forgetting old monies owed.
I know it might be frustrating to you , but we are working to get our customers any monies they are owed.
A lot of our old customers are coming back to iBill because we are paying the moneys owed and also processing with lower rates and courteous customer service.
I would hope you would email me back with the details of your account and we can move on from there. If you are willing to try us on your website as a processor, we will also work to reach an amicable agreement. Please realize that this is new management, and they are working to pay any money owed. Again, we need your account information and approximate moneys owed, and we can work to get you a very good settlement.
