Homemade Jamaican Jerk sauce is so addictive. Also anything Thai. I like spicy Indian food, but not the after effects.

Italian Fra Diavalo is fantastic. Mexican has to be done just right. When its too hot it literally burns your mouth.

Agreed about homemade jerk - green mint chicken...yum too. Mexican is great, no matter what.
