A1R3K is in the "denial" stage of this process...he won't gain weight, he'll just work it off, he wants to bulk up anyway, yada yada yada.

"Acceptance" will come in a month or so, when he finds himself on his fourth bag of M&Ms and it's not even Noon yet...Now THAT is the sign of an ex smoker.

no heavies in my fam either. none. some people just don't gain weight. i'm cursed.
