The USA gives a whopping 5 cents per $100 of GDP in foreign aid and comes in as the 21st most generous country in the world.

I don't know if the training of the fighter pilots is free or we pay for it but I do know that the US don't pay anything for having a base in Thule.

The USA gives a whopping 5 cents per $100 of GDP in foreign aid and comes in as the 21st most generous country in the world.
