Apart from that target of US hate, Chavez, offering help, even the criticised "muslims", specifically Saudi is attempting to help by bailing out some more oil to keep the price down as a result of Katrina.
The mentality that claims per capita mean shit has got to be fucking joking!
Meanwhile.. it may be stressful, but can the people in the middle of this shit at least keep some dignity and try and help others around em instead of looting the fuck outta the place. OK so they need food - so go and get it, but try to avoid looting the jewellery stores on the way by! Rest assured they won't be alive if they wait for govt help.
