Its a spin and farce that demonstrates a population of 260 Million people (The USA) gives less than a population of 60 Million per citizen. Which is utter bullshit.
Count the fucking dollars, not the fucking spin in comparisons of population.
How is that by the dollar the USA gives more than any other nation as a whole, seemingly is not so generous? Just put in "Per capita" and voila!
