I am looking for a hard working person to coordinate my operations

You need to be able to ......

Admin servers and server clusters (I have lots of server to server apps)
Have a good working knowledge of php, mysql,mysqlite,C,and flat text databases
Coordinate existing and new projects
Coordinate other employees. You gotta know how to delegate properly.
Get projects done on schedule, you will be doing work yourself but also coordinating a team to get projects done on time.
Have good customer skills. Don't apply if you are a hothead please.
Work a minimum of 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
Have a cell phone that is always on.

Bottom line is that I am tired of micro managing my business. I need someone to help so I can spend more of my time on other projects.

You would probably have much better luck if you split those tasks into 2 separate jobs or hire somebody on to start that will gradually move up the chain. People like what you're asking for that don't already have something solid under their feet are pretty hard to find.

Yeah I am open minded about this. The most important thing is someone that can delegate to others and coordinate what I need done.

I only lose my temper about 3 times a day....and I'll leave the cell phone on 24/7 but I "might" be out of range until noon every day and during happy hour.

$3200 a month is a good starting wage - but you're asking for a LOT of work to be done and experience for that in the description.

it's not out of line price wise though..... someone living out of the US or canada would kill for that kind of money - and non-big cities that's good money -

Paying taxes on it? The only taxes I am required to pay is the matching ss which is 7% and only if a US resident. Non US I pay no taxes nor do I with hold, it is up to them to pay their taxes. If I had to farm out a programming job I could see paying $60 a hour. But when it is 40 hours a week guaranteed the pay goes way down. There are plenty of coders at $20 a hour, not to mention what someone can learn working for me.

that's not a right hand man position, those are server admin and project manager jobs.

Allow me to put new ideas to work, make decisions, and have a % of the company earnings and then you have a right hand man, no salaried guy will be worth it...
My first assignment would be to find a local server admin/coder that i can have inhouse and pay from my own %,

also asking for that kind of job at GFY of all places is kind of odd, try to find someone local that you can meet face to face.
