Coker, I can fulfill the majority of what you are asking. I have vast management experience, most recently as management for the second largest landscape company in Chicago, technical knowledge of servers, etc.
However, I am unable to fulfill the 40Hrs/week, as I am a fulltime college student, and do not obtain the full programming knowledge you are asking (although I am learning). Cell phone is always on, but everyone needs a break from work sometimes, yanno?
