Looks to me like the guy had something in his right hand (gun?). That hand moves a fraction of a second before the cop fires. You can see it under his leg.Comment

looked like handcoffs were what they tossed. Also seemed he had the cuff on one hand and was bringing the other hand up to cuff it as well. Maybe he didnt drop his gun before the cops fired.
I wasnt there watching it happen, so i dont know. Doubt I will ever know the complete true story

But sure as hell if some cop came up brandishing some weapon in my face - I'd be more than "just pissed" :-) I'm told police don't do this shit (by a police firearms instructor) - ie don't draw a weapon unless ya are gonna use it - but hell knows what they do off a firing range.Any of you here ever had a gun pointed at you? Who knows what the cops saw/think they saw? It is easy to do a damned critque on hindsight :-)
The video was shot... presumably by a police unit. One can only assume they are not ashamed of it - else we could have a technical problem :-)
