I am looking for a hard working person to coordinate my operations

You need to be able to ......

Admin servers and server clusters (I have lots of server to server apps)
Have a good working knowledge of php, mysql,mysqlite,C,and flat text databases
Coordinate existing and new projects
Coordinate other employees. You gotta know how to delegate properly.
Get projects done on schedule, you will be doing work yourself but also coordinating a team to get projects done on time.
Have good customer skills. Don't apply if you are a hothead please.
Work a minimum of 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
Have a cell phone that is always on.

Bottom line is that I am tired of micro managing my business. I need someone to help so I can spend more of my time on other projects.

You would probably have much better luck if you split those tasks into 2 separate jobs or hire somebody on to start that will gradually move up the chain. People like what you're asking for that don't already have something solid under their feet are pretty hard to find.

I need a server admin also, but he needs to know code good also.

It really depends on his past. For this position I need someone that brings something to the table. He/she needs a past. For the server admin/coder I am thinking $20 a hour full time. Yeah I know a lot of coders will bash me for this, but that is good pay for admin/coder since it is GUARANTEED 40 hours a week.

man if I worked 8hrs a day I would be rich!

I know some people would gladly work 40 hours a week to get a guaranteed paycheck so I am not bashing you. It is just funny when I think about doing that kinda work again myself.

I CAN coordinate projects and employees....you tell me what you want done and I'll tell other people who work for you to do it.
I only lose my temper about 3 times a day....and I'll leave the cell phone on 24/7 but I "might" be out of range until noon every day and during happy hour.
I'll be happy to work 40 hours as long as we can spread that out over a few months.

I am allways looking for new things. Right now I running tgps. I have worked with php, mysql,mysqlite and c scripts. Wanting to get into something with a steady pay. Just getting lost on my bills. Coker, I can fulfill the majority of what you are asking. I have vast management experience, most recently as management for the second largest landscape company in Chicago, technical knowledge of servers, etc.

However, I am unable to fulfill the 40Hrs/week, as I am a fulltime college student, and do not obtain the full programming knowledge you are asking (although I am learning). Cell phone is always on, but everyone needs a break from work sometimes, yanno?

Choker, i seriously recommend him. He is my server admin and he does a great job!

Thats about a third of market rate in the US for that kind of person.

It's not the worst starting wage; but, if Choker isn't paying the taxes on it, then it's not really 3200/month.....

And, that's a lot of work....for that kind of money.

Paying taxes on it? The only taxes I am required to pay is the matching ss which is 7% and only if a US resident. Non US I pay no taxes nor do I with hold, it is up to them to pay their taxes. If I had to farm out a programming job I could see paying $60 a hour. But when it is 40 hours a week guaranteed the pay goes way down. There are plenty of coders at $20 a hour, not to mention what someone can learn working for me.

that's not a right hand man position, those are server admin and project manager jobs.

Allow me to put new ideas to work, make decisions, and have a % of the company earnings and then you have a right hand man, no salaried guy will be worth it...
