the guy wont remove the banners because I designed every banner he uses. he has no banners for his sites exc ept the ones I made. WHich means his affiliates are all using my banners. They are the only ones he offers to use.

So im supoposed to just sit back?

Not only that I designed his affiliate program. I designed his sites.

He came to me because I convert, now he is on here stealing my designs and saying I dont convert.

AS I SAID... the first day it did well. After that it went to complete shit. I made the post right after the site launched.

But just know that I don't really agree with the idea that one can refrain from paying for design work based on the ongoing performance or "productivity" of the design. In my mind work is work and must be paid for. Unless you have it in a contract that the designs will be tested before payment will be sent..... but as a designer I would never agree to something like that.

In my opinion, you pay for the design.... then if it doesn't perform up to par the designer should be willing to do the odd tweak here or there (within reason) to make improvements.

Very little room for public displays of rejection when you do that.

FOr those thinking this is fake, it is NOT.

I will also encourage people not to use Donnys program as he has been SHOWN to lie about conversions, and make up numbers to gain affiliates. I think his record speaks more than anything I could say.

His emails say he will pay me, and then he changes his mind.

I have done nothing wrong, other than provide high quality graphics, promo material and much more on good faith that that it would be used to make me long term money.

Now, that deal is gone, and DOnny is here saying I do not convert, and changing his opinion os how my tour converted, and claiming I owe him for work I did in good faith.

He took my banners and they are available tyo all his affiliates which was not part of our deal. They are being used in hosted materials promoting his new blog. I have nothing to do with this blog.

My materials should have only been used to push my tour.

Honestly, I wouldnt have given him shit if a few affiliates did this, (as noted in my emails I state that) but he isnt even sending to my tour, simply to his blog.

Has he had any banners made for his blog? NO. He cant afford to! He is simply using my promo to push his blog.

I am just a guy providing graphics on a percentage base, how am i fucking ANYONE?

Anyway, I just had to speak my mind and let others know that even after a year or so, this guy is still pulling shit with me regarding design.

He did NOT pay for the promo, and it was never part of the deal. He has nothing in writing, he simply makes it up as he goes.

Again, im working on percentage, i cant do anything wrong.

thats probably hosted gallery traffic. The galleries are on that domain too i believe. I do not have access but he isnt showing much.

If a tour does well on the first day and then the next two days suck, is it possible to still convert at an AVERAGE of 1:162 over those three days?

Honestly, I wouldnt have given him shit if a few affiliates did this, (as noted in my emails I state that) but he isnt even sending to my tour, simply to his blog. Has he had any banners made for his blog? NO. He cant afford to! He is simply using my promo to push his blog. read between the lines people. I am just a guy providing graphics on a percentage base, how am i fucking ANYONE? Anyway, I just had to speak my mind and let others know that even after a year or so, this guy is still pulling shit with me regarding design. He did NOT pay for the promo, and it was never part of the deal. He has nothing in writing, he simply makes it up as he goes.
