Think the only reason why everyone is loving unifiedstats all of a sudden is because it's free

I initally started using it because it was less expensive and had all the programs I needed to track. If I had to pay for it, I'd still be using it. Please tell John what it was that you thought sucked so that he can make it better for the rest of us using it. |

UnifiedStats_John - make US paid like $10-$15/month and move more resources into it, that would be my bet

The UnifiedStats Username / Pass (with that my email if they bother to log into the US site with my user/pass) Or the password to the affiliate-area I log in to? (Which doesnt matter, as it's their program anyway?!) Please specify.

i dont see anyone that makes $$$$ that uses stats remote spending the time to switch over to save $30 a month i do see everyone thats to cheap to spend $30 a month using unified stats.

that being said both programs are going after 2 diffrent markets i dont see unified stats taking much market from stats remote just making it a bigger market |

JB's argument is that sponsors can look at their refer logs and get your Unified Stats pass. Well... if a sponsor was that dishonest it wouldn't be hard for them to get your pass anyways and try using it in other places. |

Since 90% of my money comes from my own site and I rarely check all of my sponsors stats anyway, I saw no need to get a stats program of ANY kind...But since this one came along free, I tried it and I'm glad I did. Now US hasn't reached that stage yet but they could and if they reach the same functionality for free then it would be dumb to still pay $30 a month for the same thing just so you can say that you aren't "cheap".

		 Wow this thread is amazing.

I use BOTH SR & US. I've always said both programs have there pro's and cons. But I've always tried to keep a fair and impartial review of each. I never did any mud slinging just for the sake of it. I've always stuck to comparing FEATURES that each one offers. I've never tried to find a "mistake" with SR and then mud sling making the "mistake" sound bigger than it is. I'm sure when your program first launched you found errors and bugs along the way. But errors and bugs get cleaned up quickly. True comparisons should be about each products features. JB, this post has made me loose all repsect for you. It is obvious your intentions in making this thread. It shows no class and makes very transparent how terrified you are of this new competition. I was not impressed in a previous thread where you tried to attack Johns intgrity the first time. It shows your class and ethics. And here u are at it again. JB as John pointed out in his quote of you... You do have very poor class in the way you handle certain things. That quote, the way u attacked John the first time, this thread and other places you've shown that mud slinging is part of how u handle things. Maybe a better idea would have been to have a real webmaster post this info? You posting this just shows such a transparant lack of class AND a trasparent worryness of your new competition. How sad. You actually have a good product. Why not let the products and webmasters speak for themselves? I have to admit though.. I am a bit disappointed to see John stoop down and do some name calling of his own. Can't say I really blame him cause JB deserved it...especially since it's the second time JB has done this and in round 1 John kept it clean. But as this thread prooves...webmasters are loving Unified Stats and when dealing with John they are finding he's super honest and straightforward. JB why not just work on improving your product rather than starting fake drama? |

if it aint broke dont fix it i like my stats remote and im sure US is a nice program but i see no need to change, for me $30 a month is not a big deal Its like the people that hop around to diffrent hosts every 3 months looking for a better deal Like i said in my post i think alot of the US users are like you would not spend $30 on stats remote because they dont need it or are too cheap. If your case you dont need it if most of your traffic is to your own program |
