I'm sure that has been a big part of it, but at the same time it seems that a lot of people actually like it. Free or not.
I initally started using it because it was less expensive and had all the programs I needed to track. If I had to pay for it, I'd still be using it.
Please tell John what it was that you thought sucked so that he can make it better for the rest of us using it.
