The guys a scammer
Years ago he started, or tried to start a hosting company on our network.
He did exactly the same to me....took the money from his ded client, and never passed it on.
He kept saying it was on its way and dragged me out long enough to find another location to move his stuff to.
It was only for a few 100 bucks, so I never bothered making anything out of it...infact, until today I had completely forgotten about it, until seeing this thread.

History repeats itself....and.....if he ever comes back, it will happen yet again
Take my advise and steer well clear of the guy, unless of course you have money to throw away.
