The bottom line on this deal is that he ran out of money and is now having buyers remorse.

The funny thing is that I saw this issue coming before he and I ever made a deal. I even discussed it with my business consultant before hand.

Since my business consultant happens to be posting in this thread....They can feel free to let it be known who they are and post relevant and correct information on this issue.

Aaron M gave me some great advice on camera selection and many other good content producing tips. I think he's a good guy to deal with. I'll probably end up filling up my member's area with his stuff.

Sam, I've chatted on ICQ with you and you seem like a good guy. In the future, make sure everything is in writing! I actually think several of those models are what you would consider "girl next door" types. If I'm not mistaken, isn't "girl next door" supposed to be average looking chicks?

i have been reading... from what i've read the agreement was for him to launch and make some cash before he can pay the rest... and the paperwork would help for him to do so..

You were shown what you would get with this content. You were treated professionally and you were expected to act in a professional manner, as we all are.

Then, you burdened Aaron with the fact that you had overextended yourself and you wanted a refund.

At that point, your content had been mailed and Canadian Customs was in the process of perusing your content, as they are wont to do. I've sent packages all over the world. Apparently, the Customs guys in Canada particularly like Aaron's content and everyone else's, for that matter, so sometimes it takes a little longer than expected to get over the border. Shame on them for being such perverts; but, hell, their job can't be all that wonderful, so we give them the benefit of the doubt

You now have the content, for which you still owe Aaron the final payment. WHICH. He probably would have allowed you some time, as we spoke about it, EXCEPT you started whining about how overextended you were.....you were apologising, do you remember that?

Sorry to say that all girls in the world aren't centerfolds, particularly the girls next door.

There's a reason that Lightspeed doesn't have 450 solo girls.... there just aren't that many handily available to be in front of your camera.

Unfortunately, you're not in the loop. He was not shown different sets than what he got. He was shown samples of what he was getting. He was told what to expect.

You're the one who isn't listening.

He is overextended financially. He loved the content right up until that point.

And, that's the point of this whole thing. This is not about refunding or not refunding. This is a purely unadulterated attack.

Newsflash and valuable advice: when your program is finally up and running you'll see that the demographics of your paying customers are not your age. Aaron, Baddog, Raven, myself and others all know what converts for the people who have the money and willingness to buy a porn membership. Stop basing what you want on your personal preferences or you won't be around long.

At that point, your content had been mailed and Canadian Customs was in the process of perusing your content, as they are wont to do. I've sent packages all over the world. Apparently, the Customs guys in Canada particularly like Aaron's content and everyone else's, for that matter, so sometimes it takes a little longer than expected to get over the border.
