Unfortunately, you're not in the loop. He was not shown different sets than what he got. He was shown samples of what he was getting. He was told what to expect.
You're the one who isn't listening.
He is overextended financially. He loved the content right up until that point.
And, that's the point of this whole thing. This is not about refunding or not refunding. This is a purely unadulterated attack.
