Nope. He will get the license and what he needs for 2257 compliance but since he decided to try to attack me, my character, and my business reputation.....I see no reason for me to overlook his carelessness in regard to the other legal matter.
Now....Payment in full along with a formal public apology may just buy him some leniency.
