Do I have this right so far?
Like Aaron, I have a no-returns policy. If you don't like it deal with those who will give your refunds. I don't. Aaron doesn't. Others do. So fucking what?
Here in town I can return almost anythng to Walmart. Yet the local mom-and-pop stores don't let me return shit. It's all matter of policy.

you're a retard.... rad the thread slowly and carefully and maybe take some notes..... he was shown sets different from what he got... you get that or should slow it down some more? .... i always refund my clients if they are unhappy with my work... that's the way things work... its called customer service.. most important thing.... without papers he can't do shit with the sets anyways, let him have 'copied all the work to his harddrive' no good to him... let them resolve this issue... im sure they can come to a compromise..
