he must make over 5000 a day doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.. but his operation is sloppy as fuck.

In your figures you only assume 50 customers a day and with that number to cover your estimated number of privates each has to buy 2 dances each.
You state a 50.00 a day charge to the dancers, yet as I stated above many will not want the early shift, nor would feel it is worth the 50.00 for it.
You also assume only 10 dancers for 16 hours, either that would be 5 per shift or are you assuming all 10 will work the full 16?

im not saying i pay them.. they pay me $50 to work, they keep $10 a dance. so they pay $50 and work 4 hour shifts. they pay you to work there and make money off dances from the ppl.

there are no expenses except the guy that works there and the rent/utilities

Your math doesn't work out.

They pay out $50 for 4 hours of work. That means they're going to want to make at least $300 I would imagine. Thats about $80 an hour, which comes out to 8 dances each hour. With a total of 50 customers, how can each girl possibly get 8 dances every hour.

they could work as long as they want, but they have to work a minimum of 4 hours

if u make enuff money after 4 hours u can leave, if u want to make more u can stay later

2. Juice/soda instead of alcohol does mean 18+ yet do keep in mind a beer/wine license is easy to obtain.

Also do not forget expenses like, DJ, doorman/security, server/waitress, insurance, legal, advertising, etc.

The clubs here make so much money, and there are so many, that they actually pay the girls to dance. Usually 50 to 80$ per night. A lap dance is 20$ if you give the girl another 30$ you can get a quickie in the booth. Or you can pay I think its 100 and take her into the room in the back.

Or the other option is pay the house 200$ and she leaves with you. Then what ever you work out is between you and her.

as for the juice/soda i dont think u can sell alcohol at this type of setup

and no dj, cuz there is a jukebox remember that ppl pay 2$ a song.

if you were to do it, u'd need much more foot traffic then you could really get at a place with no alcohol. this guy you 'know' most likely isn't giving you the real figures. ask a car salesman how many cars he sells a week, he'll tell you 20, become the manager, and you'll see the same guy doing 4-5 on a good week.

my friends club is an actual lounge with alcohol and there aren't more than four girls there at any time because its more of a novelty and here in Houston for example he had to purchase the land to run his club on.

the only feasible place for you to make the money you're talking about would be in vegas. perhaps in a semi-exclusive or pricey part of a casino / hotel where it would be sold as a clean fun environment to cool off after the tables or for a breather when you just don't feel like drinking for a while.

even then, one security man won't be enough, one for the door, fine, and then you need a presense around the girls because drinking or not, guy will get out of hand, it's part of the business.

second problem is this, if a girl is going to get topless, and is attractive enough to work the guys who arent buying drinks, why wouldnt she just work at real club, where they "pad" the tabs by getting guys drunk which in turn usually nets more dances.

i dont know the guy that owns it, i know the girls that work there.

the numbers are not off one bit, the places that serve alcohol here require pasties and panties and no contact with the customer.

The guy that bought my place was from Houston. Ever heard of Exciting Tan? There's 3 there now I think.

Basically it's an all-nude "modeling studio". Keep in mind I'm in the Bible Belt and we had judges, cops, etc as customers. No heat. People just over-looked it unless it was election time in which we just slowed down the advertising.

I'm actually looking over our old books now. Damn that was a lot of cash.

Thurbs The Thrilla in Manila Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Thurbs' Lagoon, Christmas Island Posts: 4,785	heh - my friend has the same operation so I can tell you ur math is off. if you were to do it, u'd need much more foot traffic then you could really get at a place with no alcohol. this guy you 'know' most likely isn't giving you the real figures. ask a car salesman how many cars he sells a week, he'll tell you 20, become the manager, and you'll see the same guy doing 4-5 on a good week. my friends club is an actual lounge with alcohol and there aren't more than four girls there at any time because its more of a novelty and here in Houston for example he had to purchase the land to run his club on. the only feasible place for you to make the money you're talking about would be in vegas. perhaps in a semi-exclusive or pricey part of a casino / hotel where it would be sold as a clean fun environment to cool off after the tables or for a breather when you just don't feel like drinking for a while. even then, one security man won't be enough, one for the door, fine, and then you need a presense around the girls because drinking or not, guy will get out of hand, it's part of the business. second problem is this, if a girl is going to get topless, and is attractive enough to work the guys who arent buying drinks, why wouldnt she just work at real club, where they "pad" the tabs by getting guys drunk which in turn usually nets more dances. just some shit for you to think about.

All slow music, and you pay the girls $5 per dance. You can feel their asses hug them etc. Although your're on the right track, the topless thing borders on prostitution. It would be hard to get off the ground without paying off a lot of people.
