Adult Outsourcing - fire all your reps and get new ones!

Whenever i ask for a designer, someone from adultoutsourcing contacts me. they always start their sentences with "hello sir" and want to email me a list of all their programs. when i tell them what i want, they don't understand it (in the last case a "freesite designer" - not too hard to comprehend) and want to offer me other stuff?

i mean, seriously, when i ask for a designer on the boards for a specific niche like TGP galleries, freesites etc I don't want to get an email with all their stuff, i also don't want to hire a designer for one grant /month and i also don't want to buy any other shit. I just want what I asked for in the first place.

Sometimes i get the feeling they don't even speak english at all - they just copy and paste the messages they were given..

damn.. this shit bothers me. Get some people representing your service that do at least have the ability to speak english and follow a simple sentence!

It's the spamming that gets me. It's not reading what the poster wants and responding anyway, because their board tracker alert popped up....

Someone asks for one logo and they're trying to sell monthly services...

Sex.com reps, at least the ones I know...and Darren isn't one of them....are doing the same thing. They answer posts that have nothing to do with the question asked.

I realise we are all in business to make money; but, after a while, people will not use the service because of the impression created by the reps.

WHEN WILL PEOPLE LEARN TO READ THE POST BEFORE RESPONDING?

Hey Daniel, im sorry about what happened with one of my Rep. She's just new, barely less than a month doing some support so I guess she's just too eager to help someone else. Such complaint is very welcome to us to make sure that our customers are happy with our services. No one is really perfect especially with a very fragile lady like "foxylady".

The Outsourcing companies are starting to piss me off over at my board now also.

Someone started a thread asking for partner accounts on MGP's and TGP's. One of the reps posted saying "check us out......."

He wasn't asking for outsourcing work, he was asking for help from webmasters!

I've found this is the case with pretty much every outsourcing company I've come across. This is the primary reason I refuse to deal with outsourcing, the second being that I hate being spammed even more than I hate trying to explain things to people who don't fucking understand my language :P

Thanks for trying to make it up, but I never talked to any of your reps yet who did speak proper english. I mean, it makes your company look stupid and that's not what you want, eh?

Rein them in...or I see bannings and editings in their futures....

Moving her to a new position is an option but im still giving her such opportunity to be more exposed in such client activity before i take this slot away from her. i see some potential and only time will tell.

To be successful, one has to create, maintain, and SUSTAIN the image and brand.

I don't see anything positive for companies who present themselves in this manner. I see mockery, bannings, editing of posts....

Fris - I hold my hand up about the way that conversation was conducted and there have been changes to the way reps conduct themselves as a result.

However, that is YOUR experience. Certainly not everyones.

I've heard people on this board remark how well REALITYCASH galleries are working for them.

Well, we do those for Lens, and he is more than happy to endorse our services based on REAL business experiences that have resulted in transactions rather than a priliminary conversation as yours was.

Okay, Lensman and Realitycash are big names and i'm happy for you that you found good clients in them.
Yet most of us here have a different experience with your reps, not only me and fris.

So why all the anger against fris? He is not just hating, he provides proof right there - I don't see any reason to get pissed by this. The behavior of "angel" was very childish, you can't decline that.

Why not be professional? Get english lessions for your reps and tell them that webmasters are pretty busy all the time and don't have time to chat on a daily basis.

I would never considered conducting my business with your company if a "preliminary conversation" was conducted as it was in fris's log.

No need to stick up for your services, apologize to the man and get over it - one of your rep's sucks. I hate when companies won't take responsibility for their actions and instead make excuses or say "other people like me." We're not talking about other people's experiences here, we're talking about fris's and it sucked hardcore. God damn.

I have already aplogised to Fris regarding this issue and indeed lessons have been learned from it.

I have no anger directed at Fris at all. Although I find it unfortunate that he feels that he must keep chirping in on these types of threads when he knows this happened sometime ago and it has been dealt with.

I accept that sales reps do represent the brand and image of a company, although to suggest that we are "clueless motherfuckers" is totally unfounded and definately not the case.

For the record, we now pay the sales reps overtime while we improve their English. I have also told them about how busy webmasters are, and they don't want to be hit up every 2 mins. If anybody has been experiencing this happening now, please hit me up then I can deal with it. Or if you have any questions about our services, you can always speak to me directly.

English is just my second language and you don't have any right to say that I'm not good in what i do since you never see me work on an actual environment. i don't handle the actual operations of the company for your info.

I'm very happy for Lensman.....and I'm quite sure he does not have to deal with your reps on a daily, sometimes hourly basis.

But, I do and so do others.

I have no complaint with selling a service by the month...that is your business model.

My problem is with the way your reps present themselves, over and over, ad nauseum.

I had to go to your 'live help' just to tell your reps to tone down their sigs.

I have had to make threads on my own board to tell your reps to knock it off....and read.

If a webmaster asks for a single banner, they are clearly NOT asking for a monthly service. Why is this so difficult?

The only contributions I get from your reps are:

Hello threads

and

Spam me with threads.

Nothing else.

Already did sometime ago when Fris's experience was brought to light. If the search function was working, I'd get one of the reps to find the thread.

Most outsourcing companies suck ass.

A friend of mine, went to them, and wanted some TGP's. He had to tell them what it is etc.

(yes it's one of the two already in this thread) He showed some samples of sites I own. 3 days later they showed him the designs. Exact copies, even the bookmark link wasnt changed.
