Well, we do those for Lens, and he is more than happy to endorse our services based on REAL business experiences that have resulted in transactions rather than a priliminary conversation as yours was.

I would never considered conducting my business with your company if a "preliminary conversation" was conducted as it was in fris's log.
No need to stick up for your services, apologize to the man and get over it - one of your rep's sucks. I hate when companies won't take responsibility for their actions and instead make excuses or say "other people like me." We're not talking about other people's experiences here, we're talking about fris's and it sucked hardcore. God damn.
