1: My dog decided to start climbing out of the fence one day and went to a neighbors house behind me. When I went to get her the neighbor told me how she was a huge dog lover etc. and that the dog could come over any time. Dog visited for about 3 months and the lady even let her in the house every day to play with her dogs. When my dog was in heat she had 5 or 6 neighborhood dogs following her. The dog lover that told me personally she wanted the dog to come in her yard / house etc. called the police because the male dogs that followed her into the yard one day were fighting. Instead of walking 30 feet to talk to me she called the cops about a dog she wanted over every day but that one. (idiotic, cops laughed)

2: Live in the country on a dead end road way out in the sticks. My best friend who is a police officer brought his 4 wheeler over and road it to the dead end and back then rode it around my yard. The nutty neighbor called the police that he was riding it wrecklessly on the road and in the yard (yeah right) so they came out for that and had a good laugh.

3: Loud music when we weren't home. They left a note on my door, we never even play music in the house.

4: Sitting in my office working, wife in the living room and we get a knock. It's a cop and he says he had a report of me and my wife outside yelling at each other 20 minutes before he got there. I proceeded to tell him our neighbors are fucking idiots and we haven't even been outside, much less in an arguement. He apologized and left.

5: Dog was chained up at our shop with a concrete floor. Doghouse in the door of the shop, long ass chain. Dog lover called the cops because it was cold outside and the dog was outside. (chocolate lab with doghouse full of hay)

6: Same dog, same chain. Psycho neighbor called to complain about the dog barking. Middle of the day, he lives 2 acres down and across the street. Cops had a laugh and left.

7: Best friend (cop again) parked his 16 foot trailer 90% in my yard and less than a foot in the street. Wide ass, country, dead end road. 1 week later psycho neighor decided it was in the way so he called the cops. Cops called me on the phone and asked me to move it. I told them I was going to drag it all the way in the yard right then and hung up. When I went outside a cop met me at my driveway and said I didn't need to move it right then because it was raining. He also said he wouldn't even have asked but the guy keeps calling about it. Anyhow, he told me to move it the next day when it quit raining.

Next morning I get a knock from another cop because psycho neighbor has already called about the trailer again. 8:00 am before I woke up to even think about moving it like I discussed with the first cop. I asked the cop if the same idiot keeps calling to bug them and he laughed and said yes, he calls constantly.

I'd suggest putting a NO TRESPASSING sign on your property. If he comes onto your property again and leaves a note, call the police on him.

You should have gotten copies of any reports (and insist a report be made each time it happens). A handful of those taken to your police chief with some witness statements on your behalf will put a quick end to that. It is a crime to call the police under misleading circumstances.

Sounds like your Neighbours are fucked dude...heres what I'd do ....go to the grocerie store and buy a case of canned tuna and rent a snow blower.
empty all cans of tuna into a heap, start snowblower, spray evenly over their lawn....repeat.
Make sure they are not home when you do this of course.
Canned tuna is hard to see in amongst thier grass, the snowblower will make it almost particlized... I would use at least 4 cases...
They will have every living breathing animal shitting all over thier yard and making noises etc... they will eat all the evidence and you will be in the clear....

I don't like people knocking on my door, cops or not. I don't do anything to cause problems because I don't have any desire to deal with them. The next door neighbors have 3 video cameras in their windows pointing at this jackasses house 24/7 to catch all the ignorant shit he does on tape. The list is long and like I said they are already suing him for causing them problems for the last year. He's also been arrested for harrassing them and threatening to kill them.

And of course his version is different. The last guy I knew that was a manic depressive thought he was abducted by aliens and lived in a completely different world from everyone else. I'm sure this guy is the same way.

Around here everytime it rains a couple days later crab grass springs up. I never let my grass get very high and a couple times a year I would get a notice from the city (which would arrive after the grass had been cut) informing me I was in violation of the city's beautification project. Anybody can anonymously lodge a complaint and after enough of them you get a summons to appear in court.

I didn't know for sure and had suspected a couple of neighbors for years. I took pictures each time the same day the notes arrived of both my yard and other yards much worse than mine (who oddly weren't getting notes) and on the 2 occasions where there was a summons the court clerk would come the day before and take pictures which always looked better than my pictures so I never had to use them

Finally the woman messed up and let me catch her having her daughter ride slowly by while she hung out the window with a video camera (lol, my car was in the shop). I think she hit her head on the window when I quickly opened the door and waved and they hauled. I felt bad about suspecting the other neighbors. This woman is on the same side of the street as me and the neighbor closest of the 2 between us has a privacy fence that runs all the way to the road. She can't even see my yard unless she comes out in the street and walks down, or as she drives by. The only thing I can come up that she has a beef with is that my yard is kinda small and that makes my 10' satellite dish look massive. I know I have a couple of neighbors that hope it will blow away each hurricane, but my favorite toy has sat solid for 10 years

But back to her, the 2nd time I was in court and the judge threw it out again, I got a moment to talk to the court clerk and although she couldn't tell me who lodged the complaint she was able to confirm that every complaint had been lodged by the same person. I thanked her and told her I planed to persue a harassment matter the next time (which she agreed with). I don't know if she relayed that bit to the woman on a future call or it was the embarrasment of my having caught her with the camera but things have been quiet for 3 years.
