The dog loving lady is silly but I talk to her on decent terms. The other guy is a bonafied lunatic. I was told he's a manic depressive / skitzo. He was arrested not too long ago for threatening my next door neighbor and they are in the process of suing him right now. He does shit like point bright ass lights at their front porch because he's pissed at em. I won't talk to him because there is no chance it would turn out good.
