In dealing with Split Infinity for about 2 years now i have found nothing but professionalism and their want to help out. I dont know where they find the time to give their customers so much love but they really do take care of things really well.

If it were me I would keep any all setup charges, refund October, and either keep or give a prorated refund for the service part of setember (since it was a new client)...depending on other factors.

I probably wouldn't have posted the clients full name though.

Never know who might slap you with a lawsuit over things like that.

I agree, and I am pretty sure it was a mistake. That is no excuse for it though .. probably didn't realize he had copied/pasted that part. Which is why he asked to get it pulled from the post.
