I should have refunded 100%? After reserving the server, configuring it, putting it online for the customer, sending him the login info, and having the server unavailable to resell for now 7 days.. I should refund 100%?

And, you see it as I should have been on the phone with him the minute I saw he posted this .. Maybe he should have called us the minute he had an issue or concern. It's a two way street you know.
